A little spooky. A little silly. Entirely adorable.
Have a Halloween photo of your pet? I’d love to see it! Bring on the tiny witches, festive bandanas, pumpkin sniffers, and cats who absolutely refused to cooperate. Enter the Kerry’s Keepsakes Halloween Pet Parade for a chance to win a custom portrait of your pet.
The prize
One winner will receive a custom black-and-white drawing of one pet, delivered by email as a digital file sized for a 5×7-inch print. Print it yourself, use your favorite printing service, or simply enjoy it on your screen. No purchase is necessary. A printed copy and frame are not included.
How to enter
Upload your photo using the form below and tell me your pet’s name. You can add a little story about the photo, too! Costumes are welcome, but not required. Festive bandanas, pumpkins, and fall decorations all count. Please keep your pet comfortable—Halloween should be fun for them, too.
Entries close Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
Contest details
- Who can enter: U.S. residents age 18 or older.
- Entry period: From the time this page opens for entries on October 31, 2026, through November 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
- Entry limit: One photo per pet. If you have more than one pet, submit a separate entry for each.
- Your photo: Enter your own pet and a photo you took or have permission to submit and have used as a portrait reference.
- How I’ll choose: I’ll judge entries equally on creativity and Halloween spirit. This is a judged contest, not a random drawing or public vote. Likes, shares, and expensive costumes don’t determine the winner. If entries tie, I’ll choose the one with the most original interpretation of the theme.
- Winner notification: I’ll email the selected winner on November 6, 2026. Please respond within 72 hours of that email. If I don’t hear back, I may select another entry using the same judging criteria.
- Portrait delivery: The digital portrait will be delivered within two weeks after the winner responds and provides a suitable reference photo. If the Halloween photo doesn’t clearly show the pet, I may request another photo to draw from.
- Privacy: Your name and email address won’t be published. Your contact details will be used to manage your entry and contact you about the contest, not to sign you up for marketing emails.
- Optional sharing: You can separately give permission for Kerry’s Keepsakes to feature your submitted photo and pet’s name on the website or social media. Saying no will not affect your chance of winning.
